It is good to know that Daryl's favorite guns are finding new, caring custodians, we just wish it could have been under different circumstances.

Eric, was that one of the many H&H Rook rifles that were re-barreled into small smoothbores? I had a Hammerless H&H Rook rifle, that was originally .360 Rook, but re-chambered to .38/.357. Fun to shoot, but I wish it hadn't been altered.
H&H will give you a letter on it.

From what I remember talking to Daryl he said it was built as a 28 ga shotgun, I will probably check with H&H after I get the gun.
