Default Newfoundland Parker - LC challenge ...

That's what I called it anyways...I was carrying my CH and him the custom LC .Smith I built for him
The hunting age was lowered last winter in my province ,so as slim as the chances looked for him to take a bird over old Heikos point before the old dog died ,it was much better now ...Jack came to me after school with the proposition and I couldn't say no ...they are both 14 yrs old ,Heikos on his last legs and Jack is just getting started ,he got him with one shot on the third flush , old dog dropped it in his hand -his first day out and the first bird for the 2018 season the only one we had seen that afternoon ...to say I was proud is an understatement

The smile says it all...what a great outing and congrats to the young hunter and the old dog. Interesting dichotomy with the dog at the end of his career and the boy at the beginning.

That’s wonderful Chris!

The stuff memories are made of. He’ll remember that day and that old dog for all his days.
