Default 28 ga Farm Gun

From one of my buddies who farms back in the hills.

28ga for the squirrels. Light enough to carry on the tractor and shoot one handed.

Default Tractor gun?

My big Deere's have cabs and I'm still not thinking that's a tractor gun.
I'd like to see his tractor.

there are some nice Belgium guns out there like this one (i have like all the Piepers I have seen up close ) - unfortunately the high volume of JABC's give the whole country a bad rap

has the right lock been reset?

and
same farmer friend or is the gold towel a regional thing?

Rick, I don't know anything about the lock.

The old towel is a Drury Inn thing but yes its the same small farmer.

I have a 20ga Browning Superposed. That's a Belgium gun and I think people generally like those. That's my teach people to shoot with gun ....sometime I'll post pics of our BSA shooting classes.

well - he has good very taste from what you have shared - hope he shoots it. Years ago I got to see a Peiper 28 a guy bought at a show for his wife to use grouse hunting - The quality of that one was on a par with this one.

I don't think people lump Brownings in with the normal Begium gun, like the Piepers, the guild guns also tend to be top notch.

keep 'em coming

Default Deere hunting

This is our littlest tractor. Sorry for the iphone picture quality. Not so shiny but it has to move a lot of manure.
