Default fixing buggered screws?

On a difficultly rating of 1 (being easy) and 10 (being make new screws) where would this exercise fall? Are there any tips or tricks to make this process doable? Not sure if I have the skills to do, but am very curious to see if it works.
Thanks!
Rick

Actually fixing the screws that are messed up... maybe can be done depending on how bad they are messed up. If they are very bad, the only option is to weld them and recut the slots. Or throw then out. I choose the later since welding a screw head is kind of more of a hassle than it is worth. It is much easier to reach into the parts bin for a good replacement or make a new one. But... that depends on having the parts supply or the tools to make new screws.

By the way, i offer new orignal and also newly made screws for many of the screws on parker guns.

Tony Galazan’s Connecticut Shotgun Mfg Co has replacement Parker Screws. They are soft enough the a perfectly fitting screwdriver and patients are an easy fit.
