I have my workhorse Pointer Bert plus a 17 week old Llwellin setter Fielder. She is finding birds and pointed a covey today. I like having too quality bird dogs and she is developing nicely. Nothing makes a young dog faster than teaming with an experienced older dog and getting on wild birds at an early age.

I live in Oklahoma, you must have been out with the Grand National guys. I hear the bird count and hunting was good. Congrats on a good hunt!

Beautiful pup, Bruce. No better way to make a bird dog than starting them young on wild birds. With the right genes they will make themselves with just a bit of guidance along the way. Looking good!
