Old Hammer Parker

Picked up an old Parker hammer gun at a gun show up here in the UP of Michigan yesterday. Serial #67327. Stock has been repaired with a sheet of copper tacked on and the hammers won't stay cocked. The guys wife said it is not coming home with them, so he almost just gave it away. Wondering what the serialization book say's.
