i found another quail gun in the corner its a 12 gauge remington 1894 model b grade ordance steel barrels with ejectors and 26 inch factory barrels that weighs in at 6 3/4 lbs...a dove gun for sure i have taken many dove with it....probaly a quail gun in her time.....charlie

Those are snipe. Perhaps the most fun of all game birds. Don't knock it till to try it.
