Not my cup o' tea but if it had double triggers, a straight grip, and decent wood I would be writing a check... but not for this one.

"Brand new condition" - not with the nicks/dings in the pictures.

Roger that on the not NIB condition with the nicks. Wood does not qualify as described either, not for a Repro. Many are much much nicer than this one. I would have flipped the buttstock blank 180 deg before carving and the grain orientation through the wrist is not good. Maybe if it was stripped and given a nice red colored oil finish as one of our members did with his, and wrist was given the copper sheet/wire/nails treatment... At least the colors are unworn. I have a 2-bbl set like that but DT, SFE, SG, and I paid a LOT less than that for it. Are we being too hard on it for some??

Ya, I'm not a real fan of light colored wood. Someday I will find a beavertail for my Repro 28 and it will be all good. Hey wait a minute....I'll just borrow one of Dean's...

Actually, the BTFE is Kathy's. She lets me borrow it once in a while and she might loan it to you... She likes diamonds and such (just a hint)... (I get the same hint too)

Galazan is the last place I look when shopping for guns. Here is very much the same Parker Repro http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...Item=212712893 with nicer wood and condition. Even though it's missing the case (about $600 give or take) it is far wiser to shop anywhere but CSMC.

Galazan has lost touch with reality! Those 50K parkers thay make for remington has scewed their brains.....To have such hi claims with proof otherwise in the very first picture....Better hire some better tallent....SXS ohio...

Just "handling marks" . Maybe CSM would come down $1000 or so...

I'll 2nd this statement. I had two terrible experiences buying guns that were not "as advertised". The first I wrote off as a fluke. The second taught me otherwise!
