George,
Last year we paid $109.00 per night. I'm not sure what the others in the area charge.

George, for the Comfort Inn, a non-smoking room with 2 queen beds is $109/night. A non-smoking 2 queen SUITE is $119/night. Rooms are blocked from Thursday through Monday. If anyone arrives early (Wednesday), just let them know and the discount rate will be extended to you.

Susan should be seeing the Hampton Inn manager today (4/1) and finalizing the block of rooms there. Info TBA.

The Hampton is right next to Remington's Restaurant. Very, very good food. Jack is the chef and co-owner and is a member here at RMSC. We recommend dining there. Make sure you ask him for the Polish Surf & Turf. Carp and woodchuck!!! I also recommend the 'possum flatbread appetizer. Tell him Mike sent you.

No, must bring your own queen. I'm sure you can find some in Boston, they wear Red Sox hats.

Years ago, Orvis sold a Ritz Cracker thrower. I reverse engineered the thing, and tried out my copy. Thrower worked well, but we found that very often the cracker was hit (sometimes 2-3 pellet holes in the cracker), but they didn't break. I suppose we could have salvaged the unbroken ones and used them for hors d'oeurves, but....
