For those that would like to take a look at this apparent very early brochure, Robin Lewis, through much persistence has kindly posted it in the Modern Parker Paper Album with the cover of this brochure starting with the attached link. This brochure also mentions the choice of either a SSBP or a DHBP as being standard.
