Here is a setter or at least I think it is setter by engraver Orville Kuhl on an customized 16 gauge VHE




he did better on the pointer on the right side

we will announce the winner of the Vermont Grouse hunt tonight Friday 3/22/19 at 6:00 pm.
Winner must bring winning gun to Vermont for photo shoot and Hunting story to be printed in parker pages winter edition.

The Winner of the Vermont Guided Grouse hunt in October 2019 is
Phil Carr with his 1916 dh 28 gauge engraved during the Frederic W. Anschutz
Chief engraver period.

We loved the dogs athletic stance locked up on point. With his high head and excellent feather, reminiscent of my grandads dogs.

Congrats to Phil we cant wait to see his gun in person. Our plan is to photograph "the Gun" and take photos of our hunt in the peak of foliage season. for a winter Parker Pages article.
