Default Rear trigger sticking after the shot...

I have a 28 ga. DHE Repro, DT with 26”/28” barrels. It has seen very little action. I recently started shooting the gun a bit (currently has about a flat of shells through it). On occasions, the rear trigger sticks in the “fired” position, preventing the top lever from moving to open the gun. You have to pull the trigger forward (towards the muzzle) to get it to return to its natural position. Has any one had a similar experience or any suggestions to offer as to what might be causing the issue?

Thanks!

Brett

I had a problem with a 12 gauge reproduction it had not been shot since it was made
Based on suggestions on this Fourm I had the guns taken apart and cleaned.
Tried it out this past week and it worked great
I would try getting it cleaned
