Default Parker Gun reproduction sign.

For the last year or so I had periodically seen a seller on ebay offering this “Primitive” Parker Gun sign. I kept thinking about it and finally decided to buy one back in December.

I got it today (delays with usps) and it is pretty neat.

I guess the guy makes them up and then ages them back to give them an antiqued look.
The seller is named Craig Leach in Ohio. I did not see him in the PGCA directory.

The sign cost me like $60 delivered and I think is well worth the money.

I thought I would tell you about it in case you happen to see it on ebay again. Pick one up if you want.

I bought one of these when they came out. I contacted the seller and convinced him to do one for LC Smith guns..I have one of those too..That was about 2 years ago. Looks like they weren't the top sellers he thought they might be...He has a long list of signs available

I had some signs made up also. Had a retired sign painter do them over old wood with a frame around the border that we copied from an old cigar sign. Used the font from an old Parker advertisement in Forest & Stream. Only made 5 or 6 and can't seem to find the pictures. Also made a Lefever sign reverse painted on glass with gilt lettering that is somewhere in New York and can't find that pic either.Damn computer anyway and growing old with it.
