Default It's a Dogs Life

At least here anyway. I thought I'd share some pics of "the Pack" taking a break from a hard day of doing nothing They are Gunner, Gunner & Crazy Daisy, Tara and Daisy. Somehow I have omitted Wild Willey Binks.

Here's WWB, he's pissed at Gunner because Gunner has "his" place on the couch. We got Willie when the Star Wars movie came out and he had big floppy ears like the character Jar Jar Binks in the movie. At 12 most of the Wild has gone out of The Binkers.

I had to buy another chair just so I had a place to sit also. Willie has his place on the couch, Gunner has his chair usually accompanied by my shoe and Tara is on the wife's lap.

Sorry to hear Otto isn't faring well. I know all to well about that. Gunner is 14, Tara and Willie are both 12 and all have issues. Gun has some kind of intestinal problem and hasn't had a solid stool in over a month, I'm now feeding him a special food at $150/mo I think he eats better than I do. Willie has arthritus and it has just about destroyed his front shoulder and his rear right knee has been held together with 150lb test monofillament for over 10 years. Tara is insulin dependant diabetic, two shots per day and it has effected her eyesight as she is almost blind.

The "kids" need a health plan!

I don't mean to laugh, but it sounds like an old folks home...

It is an Old Folks home, an ageing hunter and his dogs. I'm damn near a fossil myself and Daisy is the young punk kid and she is 6 going on 7. Its time for a new pup but that just isn't in the cards.

Unfortunately I think we will have some openings in the next year
