Default Looking for info and values of A.J. Aubrey shotguns

Recently was offered an AJ Aubrey sidelock shotgun, 12 ga, 30" M/F damascus barrels. Gun has game scene engraving on sideplates and engraving on rear of bbls. Bores are bright and pit free and gun is in very good shape overall. I know of Aubreys but have no idea of their grades or values and this one appears to be a top grade. Trying to arrive at a fair value and would appreciate help. Thanks, George

some barrel/action marking information is in here and shows where the model is marked

some grades are shown in this discussion

there was one advertised for sale around here recently - hammers, nice engraving, but twist barrels - at the asking price i would have hoped for the chain damascus.

they seem to go for 300 to 600 for nice ones - not a real evaluation, but that is just what I saw from my recent searches

I remember the article on Aubreys in an old issue of DGJ. If it looks anyways near as nice as the guns in Drews link, I think i would go for it. You certainly would have a unique/conversation starter when you pull that gun out. If you get it, please post some pictures.
