Default Oiling card included with new parker shotgun

In the Parker Serialization book are pictures of a signet oil card sent with new shotguns providing instruction about lubricating the Parker shotgun. The card shown shows the instructions but referrs to the reverse of the card for pictures of lubrication points.Does anyone have a photograph of this reverse side of the card?

If no one replies to your request, you might find a picture of that card in The Parker Story.

With a new Parker you got the oiling card, the patterning and charge used tag and a gun sleeve. The gun came in a cardboard box and was wrapped in paper.

There was also the "Directions" hang-tag.

Anyone have a photo of the gun sleeve that Bruce mentions?
