Default A new one on me

My Browning trail cam began acting funky. Called Browning to describe the problem, and before I could complete my sentence, the tech said "Look at the PIR lens - I'll bet it has a hole or two in it". He was right. Woodpeckers apparently like to bang on them. Will cost me $18 to get a new lens

We need to shoot more birds....

My host in Vermont has spent hundreds of dollars to replace the rubber edge of his windshield wiper blades on all of his vehicles, the rubber strip around the side mirrors of his trucks, and the windshield rubber seal on two of his vehicles all due to mischievous ravens.

My neighbor has a pecan orchard down at the bottom of our hill. We would set up a blind, decoys, electric call, and dress up in our finest camo.
I think I know where they came up with the term, "a murder of crows".
How do you tell the difference between a crow and a raven? Well, on the wing it could be either. On the ground, it's a crow.
