Default Indexing??

Just an observation but how do people find specific items in the Parker story? I noticed that there’s some indexing but it was very rudimentary. I have a patient who indexes books for a living and said indexing can make or break a book. If Any volumes could benefit from great detailed indexing this would seem to be it. Reading from this thing is like having a fire hydrant jammed down your throat. Anyone also have trouble finding specific items? I’m just only halfway through volume one

Andy if you thought TPS indexing was rudimentary I fear what you may think of this.

I find it extremely easy to simply use the INDEX at the rear of Vol. 2

I think the trick is to use the correct keyword

Randy I like it. I can't remember what I was looking for exactly last night. Maybe "single trigger" or "Infallable" or "Miller trigger" but found nothing (at work now). I had seen mention of Miller single trigger at some point in the text I "thought" Patience is not a virtue of mine I'm afraid Dean.

UH OH...what the hell was I looking at??? I was in the back of volume 2. And I don't even have the excuse of a single malt to blame for last night. I'll look again, and sorry to bother anyone. Now I'm wondering if I've lost my ever loving mind.

Randy
Your so neat! Mine have posted notes hanging out and folded page corners and dirty pages from dirty hands. It would be an embarrassment for them to be seen in public.

Brett - that sounds like my serialization book.

The Parker Story is really broken down pretty well into many chapters that stay on point pretty well. I find it pretty easy to locate things in the book as I know they are in certain areas. The only chapters that I can find to be catchalls is the chapter on Special Parker Guns and the chapter on barrels, bores and chambers.
