My Flying Duck catalog from Cornell pubs is a copy. But it shows c1913 on the cover.

Yes, they are the same.
It also has the Quality Trojan, a new gun at $27.50 net

so with all the information that has been shared should i consider this to be a 1913 catalog?
How is the best way to sell this without being against the rules
