Is that your 28 gauge Parker? It is quite nice. Is it a new acquisition?

Mills this was a Parker 28 2 barrel set reproduction I purchased off of Guns International a year ago. It was like new with all of the original paper work. Only modification that had been completed was that the original owner I purchased it from had sent it to Pachmayr to have it restocked to 15 1/2". Skeleton butt plate was not reinstalled.
Pictures were very poor, but a call to the owner convinced me this was the bargain of the year. $3800 shipped. I bought it and then let my hunting partner have it for what I had in it. A trip to Lawson Custom stocks locally and 1" removed from LOP And pad refit. It's not original but with those 26" barrels choked Q1 and Q2 are just the ticket for quail over dogs. |

It is a good looking gun. The wood is an improvement over typical repro wood

Thanks Mills, only 4 more days of quail hunting this season and I plan on not missing any of them. I ended up with the GH 28 posted on the for sale site awhile back. Shoots like a house a fire. It will be going out this week as well as my DH 28 on a 0 frame. Hoping to shoot a few nice mature birds for mounting. Can't believe the season is already coming to a close.
