Do not look the number up, notice the P stamped on the water table,

Looks like a 16 or 20 gauge Grade 1 T/A with the check-hook and lightening cuts on the water table. Oh, and its a very late hammer gun.

Are the barrels Twist Steel?

It's an O frame so probably a 20 or 16. I agree with Dean that's it a T/A hammer gun but that's a no brainer being one of Garys guns. I bet it has twist barrels. The P referring to PT plain twist.

Actually, with the advent of the Vulcan nomenclature, a P grade was considered a grade 1 and the Vulcan an "0" grade if I'm not mistaken and plain twist barrels had long since been discontinued and Parker Twist was the name used.
