Just back from the U.P. and the drive home last night was horrible with blowing snow and whiteout conditions.

harold there was no snow in Grayling but Channing has about 8 inches of crusty snow that neither dog nor man walk on am temps were -15 and the high was low single digits. No grouse or deer hunting.

The bridge ride was slow and scary. I hate that bridge in any weather it's always the worst part of the trip for me.

Well I disagree. I had to cancell a hunt at Pine Hill Plantation due to the health concerns of two of our dogs and the wifes inability to deal with them and her work schedule. She's happy me not so much
