Pete,
The stars have aligned this year and it looks like I will finally be able to get up to the New Year’s Day shoot. Deb can't make it but promised to cook up a large venison stew for lunch. I may bring along a "ringer" from the southern part of the state to help the rest of us "Flat Landers" hold our own against you "Live Free or Die Boys." See you guys on Friday and I hope you all have a great New Years. Larry

Damn, this is one year I can't make it and it is looking like it will be a great day. Good food, new guys & guns and lots of BS I'm sure. I wish I could make it, it has always been a fun day!

Have a great day and as always, be safe. I hope someone will take lots of pictures and share with the rest of us.

Allan,
Edger will always be welcome to ride with me. If he wants to go I will be in his driveway at 6:00am.

It is 3 hours and 14 minutes from Stowe VT but it looks like its all downhill.
I will leave at 545am.
I am bringing my new favorite waterfowler- my SSS.
Save some birds for me.

Well George - After spending a couple of days with the Trap Family, you should be an ace at the traps on New Year's Day.

Hmmm... I had a customer, friend and fellow PGCA Member show up at KTP today who begged me to attend (well, not really begged - rather, asked me if I was going..? ). I told him I wasn't sure if I could make it...

His reply was that if I didn't attend - they would say nasty things about me.....

I replied - "What's the difference then, if I attend or not?"

Hope to be there and catch up with you folks...

John, it would be great to visit with you at Major Waldron's on Friday. I don't get away on Saturday mornings much anymore and miss visiting with you occasionally at KTP.
