Well, I swore to myself that I wouldnt buy any guns this year until I had performd some serious “fleet maintenance”!!

But, a little tiny angel on my shoulder, that looked suspiciously like Mills, whispering “buy it, buy it now!” in my ear just made me push the buy it now button on a Philly Fox 20 Sterlingworth “Brush”, when it gets here I will post pics in Mills “Quail Guns” thread....

Mills, you my sir are a badd influence!

Time to start preparing for my months vacation in July/August to the Philippines . My grandson likes toys and eating out A LOT . Nah he's not spoiled at all when Ampah is there !!!!!

Mills, your bad influence continues to infect me!! A gun dealer that I have made some good deals with in the past, “twisted my arm”, and sold me a VERY late Meridan VH-12 bore. It shows really light 3# 9oz barrels, but an atrocious after market beavertail and a cut butt with a gorgeous petrified white line pad over an obviously cut down butt. Barrels and action and iron in like 85% condition...bought it cheap, part it or sell it?.

Find out how well it shoots before deciding what to do with it

Restock it. In 58 years of Parker buying, I have never parted out a Parker. I have always added parts to an orphan to make it good.
