solid full length rib with approximately height of 1/2 inch, if you are a sporting clays shooter which floats the bird it's perfect. Chokes are tight and I'm having them measured on Tuesday. Gun would be perfect for clays if the barrels were 30 inch not 28, but still lots of fun to shoot.

Is that a two barrel set? I looked at one a while back, can't remember the dealer but it was a sweet gun. Somewhere in it's history there is a connection to Bing Crosby if it's the same gun.

If you DO indeed have Bing Crosby's gun, I'm VERY impressed!
And worry not about 28-inch barrels. I shoot a LOT of clays with 26-inch barrels 3/4 oz. loads, and cylinder choke. If you're "on", you're on. Even with my 28-bore Weston hammer gun. |

If I remember correctly the gun was attributed to Bing Crosby in an old auction catalog. There is no current documentation that Bing owned the gun.
I was very tempted by this one.
