I ordered a historical letter from Cody for my gun. They emailed me today to tell me they received my order and are processing it. However, they informed me that there is no record of an order sheet, so they are refunding that portion of the research order.
Was the order sheet used for custom or special order guns by an individual? I asked Cody and they told me they didn't know.
