Default 12ga in a 10

Shot one of my better rounds yesterday at SC's. The first 7 stations I only dropped one bird. Kinda screwed up the 8th and 10th station - dropped two birds each. Quit a few birds were just dust - was shooting my 10ga Parker hammer lifter with .030 choke in each barrel and was using 12ga Gauge Mates. The 12ga shells were only 3/4oz of 8 1/2's. The gun is a tad heavy, but it's balanced so nice it swings really well. I have 9 different SxS's and shoot a different one each time out - maybe this is my " new favorite " gun. I know one thing - those 3/4oz shells will reach out and break birds as good as heavier loads.
