Are you looking for 10 gauge, 12, 16, 20, 28 or 410? I have some old reloading books and may be able to provide information to you.

I believe any low pressure load for plastic in the same shell would work. When I load Federal papers I just use the same data that's for Federal plastic. Never had a problem.

Here is a load from Lyman's Shotshell Handbook first edition.
"Use with Federal Plastic and Paper Cases Only" 1 1/8th oz shot, 25.5 grains SR 7625, Federal 209 primer, one Federal .135 (nitro card) two Federal 3/8" fiber cushiond, 6,700 LUP, 1160 F.P.S.. Should fit nicely in a 2 5/8th inch hull with a roll crimp but if the wad column is too tall you can easily split the fiber cushion to get the proper wad column height. If you cant find Federal 209 primers I think you will be able to get by with a Federal 209A primers by reducing the powder charge by 2 or 3 grains. Or just use Win or Cheddites - you'd just lower pressure a tad .
