That old article is a creat insight into how things were done in the factory. I had previously studied the matting part of it in great detail.

Dave Suponski tendered the referenced American Machinist articles for publication in the 2013 volume of Parker Pages several years ago. Find them in Vol. 20, Issue 2 & 3.

That Dave Suponski is pretty darn smart for a Polock!! Kidding aside, this is neat info on how things were done way back when. The skills those employees had were mad!!
