Default Old Top Lever

Sorry to bother you gentlemen with my questions, but does anyone have any recommendations on taking off an old v-spring top lever?

The lever is retained by a small set screw in the left side of the upper tang. It is located right on the radius of the tang. They can sometimes be stubborn in coming out.
That screw and the spring have to be removed. Then the lever will pull right out the top.
To remove the spring. Compress it and pull down to free the retaining pin and then pull it out.
