Notice of No Election Necessary
In accordance with PGCA Policies and Procedures, since the number of nominees as of January 5th, 2020, equaled the number of Directors to be elected, Tom Wooden, Mike Franzen and Randy Roberts will begin their new terms as Directors effective April 1st, 2020.
