What color are the hulls you are using , dark green or metallic green ?

I know in 16ga Green Rems the base wad height between Steel shot hulls and Lead shot hulls is different .

Also the only filler used in that load is "1" .030 16ga osc in the cup.
I found an olive drap Remington hull with a black brass head, your load fold crimped fine with that hull. The metallic or forest green hull requires a roll crimp. I bought the metallic/forest green hulls unfired and primed from either Precision Reloading or Ballistic Products 5+ years ago. I am not concerned, I shot one forest green roll crimp I loaded the other day with 24gr Unique and the recoil, boom, and fired primer were all normal. Thanks for sharing your testing information.
