Todd, the Parker looks to have been restocked. Sling swivels are not original and gun looks well used but not abused but cannot see what inside bores are like. Best estimate from your pics, @$500.00 at most but still a Parker Bros. Shoot the heck out of her and enjoy her. Don't fret the upside down trade.
