Bird Dog Boarding
I have a friend in Maricopa County (Phoenix Metro Plex) who boards bird dogs. It's a beautiful facility with grass 2 acre exercise area and large dog swimming pool (deep in they can jump in or take a gentle walk off the steps from the shallow part of the pool) . Dog runs are air condition so when I've had to leave a dog it's a pleasant experience.
Called to make a reservation today and we both had a great laugh. Her boarding numbers are dismal, however her training sessions are booked solid. She thanks because the owners are locked at home with their pets they're desiring better trained/behaved pets.
She said making more money training and working less because she is boarding fewer dogs.
