A couple of things...
The selling of Parkers is not allowed (so I edited your post, Butch! Thanks for your understanding!)..
As well - we ran a test where PGCA Members could sell them in the PGCA For Sale area, and as well - when we went "live" with this site, decided to curtail that as well, but - while I can't speak for the BOD, don't believe that the issue is dead. Like any feature here - or the forums itself - they are very interested in improving it for the betterment of PGCA Collectors and aren't afraid to try new things to that same end.
