Fred, you can shoot as many times as you want for practice but can only turn in 1 qualifying score which must be declared before you shoot that round. You can qualify with various gauge guns, but only your highest declared score will be used to make the team. Also, whatever gun you use to qualify must be used in the shoot off. Example, one shoots the 12g twice for practice. 23, 23. He then decides to shoot for score and gets a 21. That’s his 12g qualifier score. He then shoot a 16g for practice and breaks 24. Now he decides to shoot the 16 for score and posts a 23. That’s his 16g qualifier. He then wants to shoot his 20 one time for score and posts a 24. That’s his 16g qualifier. His highest qualifier is a 24. If he makes the Fox or Lefever Team he must shoot his 16g gun. Got it?
