Younger daughter came for a few days visit. She likes pheasant so I had saved the last birds from Dec 31, 2015 for her visit. Cheryl did up a simple and very tasty dish.
Skinless breast halves. Layer on some feta and spinach with a bit of fresh garlic and lemon. Roll and tie. 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Salad, veggies, wine all optional but .... Enjoy.
