They then drove to Winnipeg. Took a train to Lake Manitoba and then a boat trip to a gypsum mine Webster was an investor in. They then returned to Winnipeg and with the Rambler continued down through the Dakotas to the Webster Ranch near Frederick, SD, on 31 August in time for the 1 September opening.
