I guess that we all have our own stories of how we each came by our first Parker. Mine was a Grade 3 Damascus 10 gauge hammergun. I was six years old and the man who owned the AMOCO station where my Dad did business had taken it in trade for gas. He wanted a gun for his son so I traded him my 16 gauge Iver Johnson single barrel even up. The Parker came with an almost full box of Super X #4 shells. I still have the Parker and some of the shells. My shoulder was black & blue for sometime after I first lit it off.

Best Regards, George
