This gun is mine. My father bought it in the mid-1990s. After shooting it for many years as one of his favorites, he put it away for me to use someday.

I started hunting with it in 2012, as I chronicled here:

My dad passed on in November 2016. After that, I decided to sell some of his other guns and invest the money into this Reproduction's wood (refinish and change in dimensions) and metal (case hardening) and into double triggers (the way God and nature intended a side-by-side to be). After many months of research and reflection, I decided on exactly what I wanted to do. Then I sent it to Brian.

Brian was easy to work with, thoughtful, attentive, detailed, clear, and careful. He provided top-notch service as well as excellent craftsmanship. Like so many in the PGCA, I am happy to give him my highest recommendation.

In short, I trusted Brian with my heirloom, and I am thrilled by the results.

Let me assure you that his work is as incredible in person as it in the photos he posted from his workshop. Here are a few more photos of the gun, this time from the field (earlier today).

Cheers!
