Thanks for the mention Dylan.
The crack was really very minimal. And did not need much work at all. The fact that the trigger guard screw went right through the cracked area is what held it together so well when you took the fall. And I knew that since the damage was caused by a fall, and not shooting, that it would be fine going forward after the repair.

The bigger issue was the fact that the action was very filthy inside. But I took care of that while I had it too.
