I got this recipe from another PGCA member:

* 20-ga. 2 1/2" RST hull
* Win 209 primer
* 17.1 gr. Hodgdon Longshot powder
* Ballistic Products TC-20 wad
* 7/8 oz. shot

1250 FPS
7500 PSI
