Why not just fit up a set of barrels from another gun? If the right set is used and all details are handled properly, they will be assumed to be the original set. And it will likely be less espensive than having a new set made.

And i can assure you that if the barrel set is made and finished over there, what comes back (though it would be quality work) will not look like a set of Parker barrels.

The only way i see having a set made is if it is for a 28g or .410. For larger gauges,finding used barrels is a very realistic option. Especially for 16 and 12.
