I agree with Mr Osthaus, completely. I've seen a number of Turnbull's Parker restorations and believe you won't find better a representation of what an original Parker Bros. shotgun looked like when it left the factory.... with the exception of case color being a tad darker in some cases than most originals I have seen.
Parkers restored by the Del Gregos, likewise, are very well done and also are true to the original Parker Bros. guns when they do not use the cyanide case color process. The cyanide case color process is appropriate in a restoration of a Remington era Parker.
