“Restored” would not be the word to use. Maybe some inaccurate refinishing in a few areas.
The guard has been reblued. And the frame looks to have been polished bright by one means or another. And maybe some finish added to the wood.

The gun looks like it is still a good candidate for a shooter, or for proper restorative work to be done to it.
