Default An afternoon with Louis

Last week we had our annual clambake at the club. Much fun had by all - shooting – viewing some great guns - exchanging stories – and having our fill of food and drink!

Our special guest of the day was Louis Parker. It was his first trip to the Vanderbilt Marsh Club and he was kind enough to share some truly unique Parker memorabilia. We took turns posing with Charles Parkers cane and were all able to get an up close view of the factory cutaway gun.

We also had a wonderful Ithaca gun display from Dr. John Wayman and a sampling of Craig’s multi-layered Fox collection. It was a big afternoon. A nice start to the hunting season. Pictures to follow.
