A similar year and frame size would be most important. I see by the 02 stamped on the bottom of the rear lug that your gun is a 2 frame size.

And the J.G. Is the mark of James Geary a long-time barrel maker at Parker Bros.

Now that I look at it closer it may be J.S which is the mark of John Stokes who was primarily a lock maker but did other manufacturing jobs with Parker Bros during his tenure.
