Hausmann's Hidden Hollow
 

The Great Northeast Side-by-Side Classic at Hausmann's Hidden Hollow will take place on June 1 - 3 this year.
I had called the Quality Inn & Suites at 4105 Vestal Pkwy East in Vestal, NY in February to block a group of rooms for the Parker Gun Collectors Assoc. members at a reduced rate of $84.95/night. I contacted them today and was told that there are only 9 rooms available at this point so you better hurry and make your reservations soon. The telephone number is 607-729-6371 and be sure to tell them you are with the PGCA to get the reduced rate.

I just made a reservation. The blocked rooms are under Parker Gun Collectors Association. I don't know how many are left, but it took a while for someone to locate the blocked room file. Apparently, when the desk clerk has a line in front of her, the call is forwarded to someone who has no access to the blocked room file and is not in Vestal, New York! Make sure you mention up front (I did, but it didn't do much good) that you are making a reservation for blocked rooms. There couldn't be many rooms left at this point in time.

Thanks Bill... I was unaware of that. Of course, any question you ask of any number of hotel employees may result in as many different answers.

It's a bit like going to the doctor. Although they already have all your information in their computer, every time you call, visit, or get switched to a different person, you have to give them all the information over again. I may very well have three rooms reserved.

One for you, one for the dog and one for the lovely Linda. You are lucky they still had 3 rooms left.

My reservations were made months ago. I think I'll get the lifter 16 out for this shoot.
