old brass shells

can you still get primers to load old 10 ga brass shells?

if so - what size and make?

you mean like original ones like you see on gunbroker ?
ive thought the same thing . though seems easier to just buy rmc hulls

Non-Berdan primed brass shells used the No. 2 primer, which was also the standard large pistol primer. A modern large pistol primer should fit the pocket just fine. Good Luck!

the seller says they are boxer primed- so i should be all set -

I have 10 and 12 brass shells. One takes a small and the other a large pistol or rifle primer. I believe there were other sizes as well. Paul
