Jay that's a serious issue. You need some counseling before this gets out of hand. I can help. I'm great with other people's money. :)

I keep my eyes open, just in case. I’m afraid though I might find one I can’t live without.

Chuck is doing a great job, has helped me out on numerous projects. I think he should get a raise. Chuck, looking forward to seeing you at Sanford.
